How do I book a party at Rebound Revolution?


Party bookings can be made via the website on our booking system, over the phone by calling 0330 0882267 or in park. We require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for all party bookings at Rebound Revolution (though late bookings can be accepted by management). Any social clubs or similar, please call if you need to make alternative payment arrangements.




Does the birthday child go free?


No, the birthday child should be counted in your guest total. As a birthday gift from us, we give every birthday child a free return jump pass which they can use on their next visit to the park. Please note this cannot be swapped or redeemed at the time of booking.




What is your policy on refunds?


Rebound Revolution will refund any group bookings and parties cancelled 14 days prior to the event. Any bookings cancelled after that time will not receive a refund. An option to move the booking will be offered at the managements discretion.




Can I change the date and time I booked?


The moving of a group or party booking can only be requested more than 7 days before the date of the group event or party. If attempted after this date it will be rejected.




What happens when we arrive?


A group or party is required to arrive at the venue at least 25 - 30 minutes prior to the confirmed jump time. When arriving, please head to the reception to check in. Rebound Revolution staff will introduce the group to the party host to check you in, get your socks and ensure all waivers are signed and the safety video is watched. It's then time for the fun stuff for an hour before coming off to enjoy your delicious party food! Any parents who have driven, please ensure you enter your vehicle reg details or get a parking permit from reception.
Should you arrive late, you are not automatically entitled to the full hour on the trampolines. We will endeavour to make sure you can bounce for a full hour, but this decision will be made at the Managers discretion. Rights of admission can be refused at any time if in the case of excessive lateness.




Do parents need to be present?


We ask the parent/guardian of the party child stay on site at all times and are responsible for the behaviour of the children. Children 5 and under need a full paying adult on with them to supervise, they do not have to be counted as a guest in the party, however they will need to pay the standard open jump price. Guest's parents may stay and watch from our mezzanine. Any behaviour we deem to be unacceptable will be explained to the parent/guardian and your party may come to an end prematurely.




What can I bring with me? Food / Dietary / Decorations?


With the exception of a birthday cake/cakes, no other food or drink will be allowed to be brought into Rebound Revolution. Only food purchased through Rebound Revolution will be allowed. If there are any requests for crisps or veg sticks, please let Rebound know and we will supply at extra charge. Should any member of the group or party have any dietary requirements, we will try our best to cater to these needs, please advise us of such requests no later than 7 days prior to the party or group booking. Should a group or party choose to make amendments to their catering option, a minimum of 7 clear days notice must be provided. Birthday cake and candles will not be supplied as part of the package. We will supply sufficient cutlery to cut and eat the cake. Any decorations you would like to bring must be supplied by yourself and must be checked with the manager on duty at the time. Please note indoor fireworks are not allowed due to Health and Safety rules.




Can I add / remove additional guests to my booking at a later date?


Additional guests can be added to a party or group booking or guests can be removed from a party or group booking as long as they are not requested within 7 days before the booking. This can be done by calling staff on the main contact number 01869 710410. Additional guests are subject to availability. If Rebound Revolution does not have space then the request will not be possible but we will do our best to accommodate. The reduction of guests to a party or group booking must be completed under the following conditions; the reduction is not requested within 7 days before the party or group booking, the remaining number of guests does not fall below 10, and all changes are made in accordance to the refund and transfer policy.




Is there a minimum age for party guests?


No, however party guests 5 and under need a paying parent or guardian on the park with them to supervise. One adult aged 16+ can supervise a maximum of two children under 6.




Do I need to fill in waivers for each guest?


All customers wishing to jump must complete a waiver. A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for their children attending a party at Rebound Revolution, once a waiver has been signed it will last for 12 months. You can fill in the waiver form when you come to visit but to save time when you get here we highly recommend that you sign the waiver online on our website.
