How do I book a party at Rebound Revolution?

Party bookings are to be secured by paying 50% of the full amount upon booking and the remainder 7 days prior to the party. We require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for all party bookings at Rebound Revolution (though late bookings can be accepted by Management). Any social clubs or similar, please call if you need to make alternative payment arrangements.

Does the birthday child go free?

No, the birthday child should be counted in your guest total. As a birthday gift from us, we give every birthday child a magical Golden Jump pass which they can use on their next visit to the park. Please note this cannot be swapped or redeemed at the time of booking.

What is your policy on refunds?

Rebound Revolution will refund any group bookings and parties cancelled 14 days prior to the event. Any bookings cancelled after that time will not receive a refund. An option to move the booking will be offered at the managements discretion.

Can I change the date and time I booked?

The moving of a group or party booking can only be requested more than 7 days before the date of the group event or party. If attempted after this date it will be rejected.

What happens when we arrive?

A group or party is required to arrive at the venue at least 25 - 30 minutes prior to the confirmed jump time. Upon arrival the group or party must present themselves to a member of Rebound Revolution staff who will introduce the group to the party host to check you in.
Should you arrive late, you are not automatically entitled to the full hour on the trampolines. We will endeavour to make sure you can bounce for a full hour, but this decision will be made at the Managers discretion. Rights of admission can be refused at any time if in the case of excessive lateness.

Party areas can be accessed 15 minutes before food is served (for example – a party starting at 11am will have guests jumping from 11am to 12pm and access to your private party room from 11.45am to 12.30pm.)
The room/area must be vacated promptly after this time to allow staff to set up for the next party. We would ask you to work with us here as we know you wouldn’t like your own party held up too!

Do parents need to be present?

We ask the parent/guardian of the party child stay on site at all times and are responsible for the behaviour of their children. Any behaviour we deem to be unacceptable will be explained to the parent/guardian and your party may come to an end prematurely.

What can I bring with me? Food / Dietary / Decorations?

With the exception of a birthday cake/cakes, no other food or drink will be allowed to be brought into Rebound Revolution. Only food purchased through Rebound Revolution will be allowed. If there are any requests for crisps or veg sticks, please let Rebound know and we will supply at extra charge. Should any member of the group or party have any dietary requirements, we will try our best to cater to these needs, please advise us of such requests no later than 7 days prior to the party or group booking. Should a group or party choose to make amendments to their catering option, a minimum of 7 clear days notice must be provided. Birthday cake and candles will not be supplied as part of the package unless they have been purchased in advance at the time of booking as Party Extras. We will supply sufficient cutlery to cut and eat the cake. Any decorations you require must be supplied by yourself and must be checked with the manager on duty at the time. We will not allow decorations to be stuck to the walls. No decorations are allowed unless previously arranged with the manager. Please note Indoor Fireworks and Helium Balloons are not allowed due to Health and Safety rules.

Can I add / remove additional guests to my booking at a later date?

Additional guests can be added to a party or group booking or guests can be removed from a party or group booking as long as they are not requested within 7 days before the booking. This can be done by calling staff on the main contact number 01869 710410. Additional guests are subject to availability. If Rebound Revolution does not have space then the request will not be possible but we will do our best to accommodate. The reduction of guests to a party or group booking must be completed under the following conditions; the reduction is not requested within 7 days before the party or group booking, the remaining number of guests does not fall below 10, and all changes are made in accordance to the refund and transfer policy.

Is there a minimum age for party guests?

(NOTE: If you wish to book a toddler party please call our reception on 01869 710410 as these cannot be booked online.)
Party guests under the age of 5 are not recommended to go on the trampolines outside of Toddler Hours which are 10am to 12pm. If your party is on a weekend the 11am – 12pm slot allows for all ages from 0 - 9 years. After 12pm the sessions are all aimed at over 5’s and can be very busy.

Do I need to fill in waivers for each guest?

All customers wishing to jump must complete a waiver. A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for their children attending a party at Rebound Revolution, once a waiver has been signed it will last for 12 months. You can fill in the waiver form when you come to visit but to save time when you get here we highly recommend that you sign the waiver online on our website.

Will I be contacted?

Yes, you will be contacted at least 5 days before your party.
