HOW TO AVOID QUEUES AT REBOUND During the Easter school holidays our parks
can get really busy, which means lots of people queueing – boring! No one wants that, so here are the best ways to avoid standing around for too long: BOOK ONLINE We know people like to make spontaneous trips out, however, even booking online in the car on the way can help you save a few extra minutes and makes our receptionists very happy. Simply head to the booking page, select the session you’d like (don’t forget to check the date & time) and follow the steps online. Easy!
SIGN YOUR WAIVER BEFORE Paperwork is the least attractive thing about coming to Rebound but it’s a must to ensure you’ve read all the safety rules. If you do this online before you arrive you’ll be doing us a great favour by helping with congestion in the reception and it means the kids don’t have to wait around while Mums and Dads fill in their details. WATCH THE SAFETY VIDEO ONLINE Our safety video has been put online to help our customers get everything done and ease queue times. You’ll be shown a link to our safety video when booking online but you can also find it here if you’d like to scrub up your knowledge on being the best kind of adrenaline-seeker at our parks (a safe one). ARRIVE EARLY
The earlier you arrive, the more likely you are to get to the front of the queue before people who don’t book online! We recommend arriving 20 minutes before your session this half term. Parking is available at our parks, but it can be limited during busy periods. If you arrive early, you’re more likely to be able to obtain a space in time for your booking.
